Who is FEMA, DHS, and what are they for?

So, what exactly are FEMA Camps? FEMA, or The Federal Emergency Management Agency (1), is a government agency whom is supposed to be ready should a disaster arise, offering food, water, and shelter to Americans in need. However, rather than providing food and water, FEMA and DHS [the Department of Homeland Security (2)] have been busy buying ammunition, tanks, and weapons as well as emergency food supplies.

Did you know that FEMA has asked for emergency supplies and lots of them? According to www.intellihub.com and My Patriot Supply:

The owner of MyPatriotSupply.com was contacted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) by way of email, leading on that something is ready to pop off.

“Here we are, August 2013 and FEMA once again is trying to buy up large stockpiles of food. And they don’t want anyone to know it, and they want to take immediately delivery… I’ve studied history. That is what got me into preparedness in the first place. History has shown us time after time that those who depend on the government to come to their aid during a disaster are the ones waiting the longest for help. Sometimes help never comes…or comes too late.

I do not believe these critical emergency food supplies should be in the hands of the government, stored in some secret warehouse only to be brought out and distributed to their own agencies first,  with the rest of us getting table scraps long after we need it.

These life-saving meals belong in the hands of people like you and me. This is why I declined the opportunity to sell to the Department of Homeland Security. 

But let’s not forget the most important part of this: 

Why the sudden sense of urgency? What do they know that we do not?

I’m not one to cry that the sky is always falling, but when DHS/FEMA make a move to quietly buy up emergency food supplies and ask how much we can ship within 24 hours…I think this is far enough outside the realm of what is “normal” to beg some questions.“(3)

     So, we know that DHS and FEMA are preparing for something rather big. We also know, from past events, that FEMA has been quite unsuccessful in their preparation for actual non-government involved emergencies. For instance, when Hurricane Sandy slammed through the East Coast, thousands of people were left without food, supplies, and shelter with no help from FEMA.

 Where was FEMA? We’re not sure, but we do know that within 72 hours of the grid being down residents of New York and New Jersey were starving and rummaging through trash looking for scraps of food. Those who were lucky enough to find a FEMA shelter soon found out that the assistance being provided felt more like a concentration camp than a refugee center. We saw similar events unfold in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. (3)

     What about ammunition? DHS has ordered literally BILLIONS of rounds of ammo, so much that supplies across the country have been in drought. Over the last couple of years, we have seen purchases of 1.6 billion rounds, 21.6 million rounds, and other purchases for things like tanks, armored “pillboxes”, and military items (4)(5). These purchases are not normal and show a desperate attempt to prepare for some state of emergency that will involve a tactical response, possibly as far as Martial Law.

     Speaking of Martial Law, did you know our president, and our last, have been signing special rights during times of Martial Law? Under the Executive Order named the National Defense Resources Preparedness, Obama has opened the door to Martial Law by order of the president. Now, without warning or even reason, the president of the United States can enact a state of Martial Law at any time, worse yet, during peacetime. Couple that with Executive Orders such as 13603 and you have reason for concern. EO#13603 gives the president complete power over “all forms of energy”, all forms of civil transportation, all usable water from any and all sources, all food or commodities capable of being ingested by human or animal, and all health resources (6).

FEMA CAMPS:

     What are FEMA “camps” and where are they? FEMA Camps are set up throughout the United States for unknown reasons. They are currently empty, very deeply secured, and many contain countless coffins (7). Yes, I said coffins (Now, there is debate whether these are actually coffins or just coffin liners but the end result would be the same. Whether housing an individual or that individual’s coffin, preparing for mass graves is a concern to say the least). While the reasons for these camps remain officially unknown, couple the rest of the information along with these and it paints a larger picture; a picture of coming disaster. What do they know that we don’t?

allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998
allows the government to seize all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks or vehicles of any kind and total control over all highways, seaports, and waterways.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10999
allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000
allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001
allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002
designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003
allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004
allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005
allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051
specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310
grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049
assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921
allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation. General Frank Salzedo, chief of FEMA’s Civil Security Division stated in a 1983 conference that he saw FEMA’s role as a “new frontier in the protection of individual and governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil and military installations from sabotage and/or attack, as well as prevention of dissident groups from gaining access to U.S. opinion, or a global audience in times of crisis.” FEMA’s powers were consolidated by President Carter to incorporate the…

If you aren’t worried, you should be. Disaster is looming and our government knows it. The real question is: What is this upcoming disaster? For you, the reader, I advise you to do some research for yourself and find the truth. After all, you might just have an epiphany.
